Delivery Information

Prior to dispatching any orders, they must first receive approval from a prescriber. Based on the new regulation, please allow 48 - 72 hours for approval by a prescriber (we may require further information from yourself which will be requested via email, this will cause extended despatch times for your order).

Please note unfortunately we will be unable to process any refunds for missed deliveries, nor take liability for parcels where you have updated your delivery preferences and DPD have left this in an unknown location for you or your parcel has gone missing. In these scenarios, you will be required to place a new order at your own expense. 

What are my delivery options?

We endeavor to ship all orders fully approved within 48 hours of approval. Once you have received dispatch notification this will be sent via DPD on a next day service. Please note orders marked as dispatched on a Friday are refrigerated until collected by DPD on Sunday for Monday delivery.
